Well, I’ve been in your shoes- I know the desire, confusion and frustration of diet culture and emotional eating. It was my story for years. I went from the girl who could eat anything to the girl who overanalyzed everything I did in the name of health- and judged myself every step of the way. I've seen the scale fluctuate close to 30 pounds because of my food rules and inner mean girl mentality. But it’s not my story anymore.
Back then, I felt silent and alone in my struggle- from the outside, you couldn't see my pain. And I don't want you to have to navigate this alone. I am grateful for the time, health, and emotional freedom I have now, and I want to share those priceless gifts with you!
I’ve also helped thousands of people find food freedom over the years as a nurse educator and healthy lifestyle coach. Experiencing my own suffering and bearing witness to the suffering of others ignited a spark in me to help as many people as possible create their definition of sustainable health.
