Nothing boosts your day quite like a yoga flow to reset and refresh.

 

Creating an intentional morning and evening routine is one of the most thoughtful ways to take control of your day in a way that honors you wholeheartedly. And a morning yoga flow to reset the day before or to an evening practice to wind down the circumstances of the day is a wonderful example of a wellness tool that makes a substantial difference in setting (or resetting!) the tone for the day.

 

It is well-established that practicing yoga has a host of meaningful benefits that include improved:

  • flexibility
  • range of motion
  • strength
  • sleep quality
  • mental clarity
  • energy levels
  • overall well-being

Not only does yoga bring much goodness into your life, but it also helps reduce:

  • stress
  • anxiety
  • insomnia
  • fatigue

In-person classes are so meaningful for the tangible power of sharing space as you practice. It’s so special to have other beating hearts beside you, as you move and breathe. But, when you’re short on time or making it to a studio doesn’t work for your schedule, there is no reason online yoga cannot provide all or some of these benefits and more.

Oftentimes, online yoga can be perfect when you’re not looking to take a full-length class or when you’re looking for relief from a stressful day. It wouldn’t necessarily be in your best interest to wait for the next scheduled class. When you’d benefit from a yoga class now, online yoga offerings are a perfect way to receive that nourishment in real-time!

Making time for a daily mindful movement practice that you enjoy is an emphasis of my 1:1 and group coaching programs. A yoga flow to reset is a beautiful style of movement to incorporate into your wheelhouse.
